WHAT TO EXPECT

Before

Do not go to a tanning salon or endure prolonged and unprotected sun exposure for at least 3 weeks before or after this treatment.
Do not use the following products on the treated area for 3 days before treatment: scrubs, exfoliation products, bleaching creams, retinols (Retin-A) or any similar vitamin A compounds or irritating agents.
Ensure you are well nourished and hydrated in the days leading up to and for your appointment. Healthy skin responds best to this treatment and will yield more favorable results!
Gentlemen: Shave the treatment area one day before your scheduled treatment, unless instructed otherwise.
Do not apply any creams, lotions, perfume or makeup etc. on the area to be treated, prior to treatment.
Avoid laser hair removal, electrolysis, waxing and the use of depilatory creams for 5-7 days prior to peel.
Avoid chemical peels, botox, fillers or cosmetic procedures 3 weeks before treatment

During your consultation we will review the Glo2 consent form, a date and signature are required for treatment

During

There may be activity felt on the skin as a warming and/or tingle sensation. While each person experiences different skin sensitivities, our Glo2 customizations should never hurt or burn.
Your esthetician will be sure to check in and keep you comfortable throughout your treatment!

After

Be sure to follow the at-home skincare regimen as directed by your provider to ensure best results!
Refrain from exercise, excessive heat exposure and makeup 24 hours after your treatment.
Avoid direct sun exposure and excessive heat for at least 3 days (this prevents hyperpigmentation).
Always use a broad spectrum sunscreen with a minimum of SPF 30.
Please refrain from applying anything to the skin for 5 hours after treatment.
Skin may feel tight as it regenerates.
Do not pick the skin.

Glo2 treatments give your skin an initial glow that lasts for several days. The treatment will continue doing important work beneath the skin’s surface (e.g., boosting collagen production and oxygenation) for approximately four weeks as your skin moves through its natural regeneration cycle.
